Warrimoo
A small township  in the Blue Mountains, originally named "Karabah",  renamed in 1918 to "Warrimoo", an Aboriginal name meaning "Eagle"

Initial development of the area dates from the 1880's, although more siginificant settlement was achieved following the building of a railway station in 1918.

The people of Warrimoo represent a unique community, reminiscent of the days when neighbours worked together to build a future for their children, and the coming generations.

We hope that you will come back to visit our website from time to time as we continue to add information about what is happening in and around warrimoo.
